Retrieve and provide data as requested by different departments.
2. Data Validation and Quality Control
Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before and after entry.
Identify and correct data errors.
Follow up with sources to resolve inconsistencies.
3. File and Record Management
Maintain organized and up-to-date records, both digital and physical.
Ensure data is filed, stored, and backed up properly.
4. Reporting and Documentation
Assist in generating reports and summaries from data sets.
Prepare routine data reports for internal use.
5. Confidentiality and Security
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
Adhere to internal data security policies and protocols.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Clerk, or similar role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy (typically 40-60 WPM).
Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
Familiarity with databases or ERP systems is an advantage.
