Job Purpose:

To accurately record, update, and maintain production and store-related data in the system to ensure smooth workflow, proper documentation, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Department:

Enter daily production data, shift-wise reports, and output details into ERP/software. Maintain records of material issuance, consumption, and rework details. Update production planning sheets and daily progress reports. Coordinate with production supervisors to collect accurate data on manpower, downtime, and machine utilization. Prepare MIS reports and summaries for management review. Ensure timely and error-free data entry for traceability and audit purposes.
Stores Department:

Record material receipts, issues, and returns in ERP or manual registers. Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in daily/weekly stock reconciliation. Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Material Issue Slips (MIS). Assist in inventory verification and monthly stock audits. Update supplier and purchase details for traceability of materials. Support the storekeeper in maintaining proper documentation for inward/outward materials.

Skills & Competencies:

Good typing speed and accuracy. Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Tally, or equivalent). Attention to detail and ability to maintain data confidentiality. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic understanding of production and inventory processes.

Qualification & Experience:

Education: Minimum 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in manufacturing or warehouse environment. Software Skills: MS Office, ERP entry experience preferred.

Working Conditions:

Based at the production floor or store office. Requires close coordination with production, store, and accounts teams. May involve shift-based working depending on production schedule

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
