Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company software/Excel/CRM.
Verify and correct data to ensure 100% accuracy.
Manage daily reports, logs, and documentation.
Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
Prepare summary sheets, MIS reports, and basic analytics as required.
2. Customer Calling & Communication
Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, confirmations, reminders, or feedback collection.
Handle inbound calls and provide required information to customers.
Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly communication style.
Record call outcomes, customer queries, and issues in the system.
3. Coordination & Support
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, service, operations) to resolve customer concerns.
Assist in scheduling appointments, service visits, or order follow-ups.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members.
4. Reporting & Compliance
Prepare daily/weekly work reports.
Ensure compliance with company processes and data privacy norms.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data.
