Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma in Computer Applications
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately in company databases, Excel sheets, and ERP systems.
Maintain and organize files, documents, and records (both digital and physical).
Prepare reports, letters, and documentation as instructed by management.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Operate office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners.
Assist in daily office operations, communication, and documentation work.
Generate MIS reports and maintain logs for data transactions.
Required Skills:
Good typing speed and accuracy (minimum 30-40 WPM).
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and basic email handling.
Knowledge of
data entry tools
, spreadsheets, and document management.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
