The

Data Entry Operator

will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing product, inventory, and customer data specific to jewellery operations.

Enter and update product information, Record daily stock movement--receipts, issues, orders, and transfers. Assist in stock reconciliation and verify physical stock vs. system entries. Enter daily accounting transactions such as sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, etc. Update ledgers, vouchers, and financial records in accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.). Maintain digital and physical records of invoices, bills, supporting documents, and vouchers.

Qualification:

Minimum education: 12th pass / Graduate (Commerce preferred). Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data entry tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Gobichettipalyam, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
