Job Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases.
Check data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness.
Prepare and sort documents before data entry.
Verify data from source documents.
Generate periodic reports and perform data backups.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (as per your requirement).
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry tools.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Experience in data entry or administrative roles.
Familiarity with CRM/ERP or database software.
