We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Data Entry Operator
to support our influencer marketing operations at Pixel Media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data related to influencers, campaigns, outreach, and performance reports.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update influencer details, contact information, and pricing sheets.
Maintain accurate databases for campaigns, deliverables, and timelines.
Track influencer outreach, responses, and onboarding status.
Record campaign metrics, insights, and reports in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
Organize and manage content submissions, approvals, and posting schedules.
Coordinate with the Influencer Management team to ensure data accuracy.
Perform regular data audits to ensure consistency and completeness.
Requirements
Basic computer skills with good typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and basic CRM tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in data entry or admin roles.
Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms (optional).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns.
