to manage and maintain accurate records of our auto spare parts inventory, purchase orders, and dispatch details. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data entry software and have good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems used in the automotive spare parts industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update daily purchase, sales, and inventory data into the system (Excel/ERP).
Maintain accurate records of spare parts stock, part numbers, and vendor details.
Verify and cross-check data from invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.
Prepare and update daily and monthly inventory reports.
Assist the accounts and dispatch team with documentation and coordination.
Ensure timely and error-free data entry in coordination with the Purchase and Stores departments.
Support management with data-related reports and summaries when required.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in data entry, preferably in an
automobile or spare parts
company.
Skills:
Proficiency in
MS Excel
, Google Sheets, and data management software.
Basic understanding of
inventory and product codes
.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Familiarity with
Tally / ERP / CRM
systems (added advantage).
Salary Range:
?12,000 - ?15,000 per month (depending on experience)
Schedule:
Monday to Saturday
9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
