Job Responsibilities - Data Entry Operator (Advanced Excel):

Accurately enter and update data related to inventory, production, dispatch, and employee records. Use

advanced Excel functions

(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.) to manage and analyze large datasets. Maintain and regularly update spreadsheets and databases for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Prepare MIS reports, charts, and summaries as required by management. Coordinate with departments like production, stores, HR, and accounts to collect necessary data. Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for easy retrieval and backup. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company data.
