Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry / Back Office Executive to join our team. The role involves handling data entry tasks, maintaining records, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
Verify and cross-check information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Manage and organize files, documents, and records for easy accessibility.
Prepare and generate reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Support daily office operations, including communication and coordination between departments.
Handle email correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping.
Assist in maintaining inventory and back-office supplies.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
Perform other administrative and support tasks assigned by management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma / Higher Secondary (depending on company requirement).
0-2 years of experience in data entry, back office, or administration (freshers may also apply).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
