Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data entry applications is essential. Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately inputting and updating data into spreadsheets, databases, and other systems.
Document Scanning: Scanning, organizing, and storing physical and digital documents.
Data Maintenance: Ensuring data integrity and consistency by regularly reviewing and correcting data entries.
Spreadsheet Management: Creating, formatting, and managing Excel spreadsheets to track and analyze data.
Quick Data Entry: Efficiently entering large volumes of data with high accuracy.
Application Use: Utilizing various software applications for data entry and management.
Quality Control: Reviewing data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
Reporting: Generating reports and summaries from the data as needed.
Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Other Duties: Performing other administrative tasks as assigned.
