Job Summary



The Billing Assistant will be responsible for preparing dispatch-related billing in Tally, coordinating with the dispatch and production teams, and ensuring accurate documentation and smooth movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities



Key Responsibilities: Prepare basic dispatch bills / invoices as per dispatch orders Make delivery challan & invoice in billing software / Tally Print and handover bills to dispatch team & driver Coordinate with dispatch & production team for material movement Match bill quantity with dispatched material Maintain daily dispatch billing records Make corrections in bills if required (under guidance)

Skills Required:



Basic billing knowledge (invoice, challan, quantity, rate) Basic Tally / billing software knowledge Basic computer skills Good coordination ability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
