Input and update client, case, and legal data into the firm's database and MIS system.
Maintain and organize records for ongoing and closed cases.
Generate reports and summaries from the MIS as per the firm's requirements.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
2. Legal Document Formatting & Management:
Format legal documents, agreements, contracts, and pleadings as per firm standards.
Proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Convert legal documents into required formats (PDF, Word, Excel, etc.).
Prepare templates and standardized legal forms for efficient workflow.
3. Administrative & Support Functions:
Assist in preparing case files, indexing documents, and maintaining an organized filing system.
Coordinate with legal teams for document updates and revisions.
Support lawyers and legal assistants with document retrieval and organization.
Ensure proper digital and physical record-keeping in compliance with firm policies.
4. Other Duties as Assigned:
Assist in scanning, printing, and organizing physical case files.
Handle basic correspondence and data-related tasks.
Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as required by the firm.
