Job Summary

Colorplast Systems Private Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to support our smart card design and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data related to production, inventory, client records, and quality documentation while ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update data related to smart card production, personalization, and inventory into company systems Maintain accurate records of client details, job orders, batch numbers, and dispatch information Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency Generate basic reports for production, sales, and management review Maintain digital and physical records as per company standards Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams to ensure correct data flow Ensure data security and confidentiality, especially for sensitive client information Perform regular data backups and assist in audits when required

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer applications Attention to detail and ability to work with confidential data Basic understanding of databases and data management systems Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Educational Qualifications

Minimum: 12th Pass Graduation preferred (any discipline)

Experience

0-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles Experience in manufacturing, printing, or smart card industry is an added advantage

Additional Requirements

Willingness to work in a production/manufacturing environment Ability to meet deadlines and handle repetitive tasks efficiently
