Job Summary

We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented

data entry operator

with prior experience in

fashion design manufacturing.

The candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, record maintenance, and supporting daily operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update data related to production, inventory, purchase orders, and sales Maintain accurate digital and physical records Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data reports Coordinate with production, design, store, and accounts departments Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of data Assist in documentation and filing as required

Qualification:

Any Degree (Mandatory)

Experience:

Minimum 1+ year

Industry Experience:

Fashion Design Manufacturing experience is mandatory

Languages Required:

English & Hindi (Mandatory)

Skills Required

Fast and accurate typing skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word) Attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience in fashion design manufacturing unit or apparel production setup Familiar with production, design coordination, or inventory data handling Well-organized and disciplined
