The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. The role requires attention to detail, good typing speed, and basic computer skills to support daily office operations and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in Excel sheets, ERP, or internal databases.
Maintain accurate records of site reports, purchase entries, and attendance data.
Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Support the accounts and admin team with document filing and scanning.
Coordinate with site teams for collecting and updating data.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Intermediate / Graduate (any discipline).
Experience:
0-1 year (freshers can also apply).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations
.
Typing speed of at least 30-40 words per minute.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and focus.
