Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled

Data Entry Operator

with prior experience in

MIS (Management Information System) and data operations

. The candidate should be proficient in handling large volumes of data, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in information management.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems. Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports for management review. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all data. Compile, verify, and cross-check information to reduce errors. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. Support various departments with data requirements and MIS insights. Assist in streamlining reporting processes and improving data accuracy. Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

Data Entry Operator

, preferably with

MIS and operations exposure

. Strong knowledge of

MS Excel, MS Office, and data management tools

. Ability to generate and interpret MIS reports. Excellent typing speed with high accuracy. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
