Manage and oversee system entries for the outbound of stocks into the designated warehouse management software/customer nominated ERP, ensuring high service levels and compliance with customer SLAs and network procedures.

Organize appropriate shifts and staffing levels to meet business requirements.
Ensure outbound stock is dispatched in the system efficiently.
Maintain good working relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to customer SOPs and meet SLA targets.
Participate in quality assurance initiatives and ensure safe working practices.
Oversee employee performance and development.
