. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately in Excel and company software.
Verify and cross-check data for errors or discrepancies.
Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
Assist with report generation and basic data analysis.
Support administrative and accounting teams with data-related tasks.
Ensure confidentiality and data security at all times.
Requirements:
Education:
B. Com graduate (Freshers welcome).
Technical Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, formatting, data sorting, etc.).
Typing Speed:
Minimum 30-40 words per minute preferred.
Attention to Detail:
Strong accuracy and organizational skills.
Communication:
Basic written and verbal communication skills in English.
Availability:
Immediate joiners preferred.
