Enter, verify, and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and ERP systems.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness in all entries and reports.
Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of all documents (digital and physical).
Communicate with internal departments to collect or clarify data as required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
Assist in documentation, correspondence, and coordination tasks when needed.
Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies promptly.
Support administrative and operational functions related to data management.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management tools.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
