Rubiz IT Services, a startup incubated at IIT Madras Incubation Cell plans to hire 50 fresh graduates from colleges at Tirunelveli. Rubiz IT Services has established a 30-seater Rural Data Annotation Centre (RDAC) at
Reddiarpatti village, Tirunelveli. The Rural Data Annotation Centre (RDAC) is a social initiative that addresses concerns such as employment and skill development of rural youth while reducing the substantial divide between the rural and urban economies. The current 30-seater center was launched in March 2023 and has an equal number of male and female employees.
NASSCOM supports the ongoing business. A new center with 40 seats at Itteri Village will be up and running by January 2024 The overall objective of this initiative is to promote employment of youth and women in rural
India. Skill development and providing livelihood closer to their homes will ensure a reduction in migration to cities and urban locations. Responsibilities of the role: Basic Data Annotation, data labeling, editing, annotating, grouping, sorting, accuracy check, etc. Qualification: 12th pass to any degree, English reading and writing skills. Number of positions: 100 Location: Tirunelveli ( Rediyarpetti, Itteri) Compensation: Fixed and Performance-based salary. The starting salary ranges between \xe2\x82\xb98,000 to \xe2\x82\xb910,000 per month, but there is a potential to earn more than \xe2\x82\xb916,000 per month for good performers.
