To ensure accurate, timely, and confidential entry of data on our company systems, registers, and reports, supporting smooth day-to-day data entry operations and Data Management.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately in ERP, software, or Excel sheets as per requirement or Management requirements.
Maintain and update daily records such as attendance, production data, inventory, or MIS reports or any other data on our records.
Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before entry.
Maintain physical and digital records, files, and registers as per company's requirements.
Generate basic reports and summaries as and when required by department/management.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect required data.
Ensure data confidentiality and proper record management.
Correct errors and update records when required.
Support audits by providing accurate data and maintain documentation as per company's requirements.
Perform any other data-related or other work assigned by the supervisor/management other than above mentioned tasks.
Skills required:
Good typing speed with high accuracy
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations.
Basic understanding of ERP / HRMS / MIS systems (preferred)
Attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately.
Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions.
Good English communication skill.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 12th pass.
0 to 2 years of experience in data entry/MIS-related/Administration related work.
Experience in manufacturing / plant environment shall be an advantage.
