Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team..

Key Responsibilities:

1) Entering product details (such as gemstone types, metal alloys, weights, and designs) into the company's ERP with high accuracy. 2) Updating inventory levels regularly and ensuring that all product data reflects current stock availability . 3) Ensuring data integrity and performing regular data verification and audits. 4)Generating reports from the data entered as required . 5) collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth data operations. 6) communicating with different departments to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date.

Skills & Qualifications:

1)High school diploma or equivalent
2) Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role. 3)Strong command of

Excel

lookup functions (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP), formulas, and data analysis tools. Efficient in

Word

professional document creation, mail merge, and formatting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
