Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in company systems and databases accurately and timely.
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any identified issues.
Retrieve and manage data from both digital and physical records.
Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
Generate reports and ensure data integrity.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure information accuracy.
Required Skills:
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 35-40 WPM preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and office equipment.
Good communication and time management abilities.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in data entry or similar administrative role.
