We are urgently hiring a

Data Entry Operator

for our Production Department. The ideal candidate must be technically sound, accurate, and capable of handling high-volume data within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Enter daily production data with

100% accuracy

within assigned timelines Maintain production logs, reports & MIS sheets Use

Advanced Excel tools

(VLOOKUP, FILTER, SORT, Data Validation, etc.) Coordinate with production supervisors for daily material & output updates Identify data mismatches and ensure error-free reporting Support production documentation & filing work

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

25 WPM typing speed

(mandatory) Strong knowledge of

Advanced Excel, Word, MS Office

Must be from a

technical background

(ITI / Diploma / Polytechnic preferred) to understand production processes Strong attention to detail & accuracy Ability to work under time-bound targets Good communication & teamwork skills
