The Data Entry Operator (Powerplay) is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in the
Powerplay software
for effective monitoring of site activities, materials, manpower, and project progress. The role ensures smooth documentation, timely reporting, and coordination between site teams and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update daily data in
Powerplay software
including manpower, machinery, materials, and work progress.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project/site activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports through Powerplay for submission to management.
Assist in tracking project schedules, timelines, and productivity reports.
Verify and cross-check data received from site supervisors/engineers before entry.
Generate MIS reports and ensure data accuracy for decision-making.
Support the site/project team with data-related requirements and documentation.
Maintain confidentiality and security of project/site data.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in
Powerplay software
and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of construction/site terminology preferred.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate/Diploma in any stream (Commerce/IT preferred).
1-3 years of experience in
data entry
, preferably in
construction/project management software
.
Prior experience in
Powerplay
will be an added advantage.
