. You will be responsible for entering and updating data related to production, inventory, and dispatch in our system.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter production, inventory, and dispatch data accurately
Maintain records in Excel, Google Sheets, or ERP software
Check data for mistakes and correct them
Work with the production and store teams for daily updates
Prepare simple reports when needed
Requirements:
Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, typing)
1-3 years of data entry or office work experience
Understanding of textile terms is a plus
Attention to detail and good organization skills
Ability to work full-time and manage tasks on time
Preferred:
Experience in textile, dyeing, or manufacturing units
Knowledge of jobwork or textile ERP software (optional)
