Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the product catalog with accurate and comprehensive product information.
Coordinate with suppliers to gather product details, specifications, and images.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and availability across the marketplace platform.
Assist in the creation and implementation of cataloging processes and standards.
Manage and oversee the data entry of new products, including categorization and attribute assignment.
Conduct regular audits of the product catalog to identify and correct discrepancies or outdated information.
Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve any catalog-related technical issues.
Provide support for catalog-related inquiries from internal teams and suppliers.
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely updates and product information.
Participate in the continuous improvement of catalog management practices and tools.
Additional Qualification and Skills:
Proven experience in catalog management, product data management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of cataloging best practices and data management principles.
Proficiency in catalog management software and tools.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
