To accurately enter, update, and maintain production, inventory, and administrative data at our head office in Lower Parel, Mumbai ensuring timely and error-free reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update production, dispatch, and inventory data received from plants in Excel / ERP systems.
Prepare and maintain reports and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Cross-check data for accuracy and coordinate with plant teams for clarifications.
Generate and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
Maintain systematic digital and physical filing of records.
Assist in preparation of data for audits and compliance requirements.
Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualification & Experience:
MS-CIT certification is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or office administration.
