Key Responsibilities:
Enter, verify, and update data related to sales, purchases, stock, and accounts in Excel and company software.
Maintain and organize accurate records of daily business transactions.
Prepare Excel reports, stock statements, and management summaries.
Perform general
administrative duties
such as filing, document handling, and correspondence.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth data flow and reporting.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy of all records.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
Excellent numerical skills
and high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
(formulas, pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
Experience in the
jewellery industry
preferred.
Familiarity with
Prime Business Software
will be an advantage.
Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate in Commerce or related field.
