We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to accurately input update, and maintain data across our systems and databases.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems with speed and accuracy.
Verify, review, and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain data confidentiality and security at all times.
Prepare, organize, and sort documents for data entry.
Generate reports and retrieve data as requested by management.
Assist in regular backups and data audits.
Identify and correct errors in data entry and report discrepancies.
Follow company policies, procedures, and data entry standards.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma.
MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with databases.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
