Efficiently & accurately input,update & maintain information in computer systems and databases.
Reviewing entered data for errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies, and making necessary corrections to maintain data integrity.
Organizing and managing physical & digital files, including performing regular backups to secure data.
Creating spreadsheets, documents, and reports from the data as requested by supervisors or other departments.
Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining data security and confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualifications -
Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing speed is essential for efficient data input.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data.
Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel).
Organizational Skills: Good time management and organizational skills are needed to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
