We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized
Data Entry Operator
to input, update, and maintain accurate data across various systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently and confidentially.
Key Responsibilities
Input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems with high accuracy.
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any incompatibilities.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and client information.
Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments with data-related needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
Fast typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with administrative duties and office equipment (e.g., scanners, printers).
Work Environment
Full-time
May be remote, hybrid, or in-office depending on company policy.
Requires extended periods of sitting and computer use.
