- Good practice in MS Excel and Google Sheets; good experience and measurement software and any graduate or diploma.
- Checking and certification of vendor and contractor bills
- capable of estimating quantities and doing rate analysis.
- check and prepare monthly bills based on work done on site.
- Prepare a reconciliation statement based on the quantity of materials received and used; balance on site; and then calculate the material waste.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor\'s degree preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
