Job Summary

We are hiring a

Data Entry Operator

with

2-3 years of experience in the shipping industry

. The ideal candidate should be familiar with shipping documentation, data accuracy standards, and day-to-day operational requirements. This role is suitable for candidates who have worked in freight forwarding, logistics, or cargo operations.

Responsibilities

Enter and update shipping-related data accurately in internal systems. Handle documentation such as BL, invoices, cargo details, and manifests. Cross-check and verify data for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with operations teams for shipment updates. Maintain organized digital records for audit and reference. Prepare daily or weekly reports as assigned.

Qualifications

Mandatory:

2-3 years of experience in the

shipping industry

. Good understanding of basic shipping processes and documentation. Strong typing speed with excellent accuracy. Proficient in MS Excel and data entry tools. Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills.
