Key Responsibilities:
Input, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
Verify the accuracy of data entered by comparing it to source documents.
Correct any discrepancies or errors in the data entries.
Organize and maintain files and records for easy retrieval.
Ensure data confidentiality and integrity are maintained at all times.
Prepare reports as requested by management or other departments.
Respond to inquiries regarding data accuracy and help resolve discrepancies.
Assist with data cleaning and validation as needed.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets as set by management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
Knowledge of database management systems and data analysis tools (preferred).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
