Verify and cross-check information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Maintain proper records of all entries and ensure data backup as per company procedures.
Retrieve data as requested by management or other departments.
Assist in preparing reports, statements, and documentation as required.
Handle confidential information responsibly and ensure data security.
Coordinate with other departments to collect and verify necessary information.
Perform routine data quality checks and report discrepancies or errors.
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) in an organized manner.
Support administrative and clerical activities as assigned.

Educational Qualification:
Minimum: Plus Two / Diploma in Computer Application
Preferred: Graduate in any discipline with computer proficiency
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
