Job Responsibilities:

Accurate data entry in ERP system for

Purchase entries

Entry and management of

Dispatch details

Preparation and entry of

Finished Bills

Handling

Inward and Outward entries

in ERP Maintain proper records of stock movement and transactions Coordinate with purchase, store, and dispatch teams for data accuracy Verify documents like purchase invoices, delivery challans, and bills before entry Ensure timely updating of ERP data on a daily basis Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum

1 year experience

as a Data Entry Operator on ERP Hands-on experience in

Purchase, Dispatch, Inward, Outward, and Billing entries

Basic knowledge of

inventory and accounting processes

Proficient in

ERP software and MS Excel

Good typing speed with accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience in textile or manufacturing industry will be an advantage Good coordination and communication skills Attention to detail

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
