Roles & Responsibilities :
Arrange manpower for different shifts based on operational needs. Plan and manage overtime (OT) as per workload requirements.
Ensure minimum required manpower is present for smooth operations.
Supervise workers to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Manage workers' leave requests and maintain proper leave records.
Arrange replacement staff when workers take leave to avoid work disruption.
Coordinate with HR for temporary manpower or contract labor as needed.
Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock counting to maintain inventory accuracy.
Prevent overstocking and stock shortages through effective inventory control.
Update stock records regularly in ERP/software systems.
Check incoming materials and verify.
Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure proper storage of items with clear labeling and identification.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping in the drum storage area.
Coordinate closely with the production department for material requirements.
Follow up with suppliers for pending or delayed materials.
Maintain records of tools, equipment, and company assets.
