Data Entry Operator

to manage and maintain company databases with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:

Enter, update, and maintain accurate records of inventory, production, and client information in company systems. Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.

Documentation & Reporting:

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management. Maintain proper filing and documentation (digital and physical).

Software & System Use:

Work on MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internal ERP or inventory systems. Ensure timely backup and secure handling of sensitive data.

Coordination & Communication:

Collaborate with various departments (IT, Production, Sales) to update records. Report any data discrepancies or system issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in

MS Excel

,

Google Sheets

, and basic computer operations. Excellent

typing speed

with high accuracy. Good command over

English (reading, writing, and speaking)

. Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality. Minimum

Bachelor's Degree

or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Skills:
