Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team in the menswear garment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining product, order, and inventory data in our systems. This role requires precision, speed, and an understanding of garment-related data entry processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update product details, style codes, fabric details, and pricing in the system. Maintain accurate stock and inventory records. Prepare and update purchase orders, invoices, and dispatch details. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure data accuracy. Check and verify data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of company data.
Requirements:

1-3 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator (garment industry preferred). Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP software (if applicable). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with garment industry terminology and product coding. Experience in handling inventory and order management data.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
