- Listen to customer concerns and complaints with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem.
- Select appropriate responses to customer issues and work quickly to resolve them,
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Can learn new things quickly
- Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply
- Good communication skills
- Flexible to work in shifts
- Fresher can also apply.
