Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain data in databases and computer systems accurately and efficiently.
Review and verify the accuracy of data before inputting.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Generate reports and assist with data analysis as required.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency.
Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in data.
Perform administrative tasks related to record-keeping.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Access).
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of database management is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Fast and accurate typing (minimum 40-50 WPM).
Knowledge of data confidentiality and security best practices.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or data entry specialist is a plus.
