Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain data in databases and systems accurately.
Prepare and manage reports using MS Excel and MS Office tools.
Verify and correct data where necessary.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
(functions, formulas, formatting) and
MS Office
(Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
