Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data in Excel and internal databases.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using
VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Conditional Formatting
.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data at all times.
Sort, organize, and analyze data as per business requirements.
Collaborate with team members to provide data support for decision-making.
Identify errors, rectify mismatches, and ensure data integrity.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a
Data Entry Operator
or in a similar role.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting - mandatory*). Knowledge of
MS Word, Outlook, and basic computer operations
.
Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Minimum qualification:
12th
/
Graduate / Diploma in Computer Applications
(preferred).
