Data process Executive / operators Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits \xc2\xb7 Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry \xc2\xb7 Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output \xc2\xb7 Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents \xc2\xb7 Apply data program techniques and procedures \xc2\xb7 Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations \xc2\xb7 Scan documents and print files, when needed \xc2\xb7 Keep information confidential \xc2\xb7 Respond to queries for information and access relevant files Requirements and skills \xc2\xb7 Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk \xc2\xb7 Experience with MS Office and data programs \xc2\xb7 Typing speed and accuracy \xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation \xc2\xb7 Attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Confidentiality \xc2\xb7 Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb99,147.36 - \xe2\x82\xb910,000.00 per month Benefits:
