Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update order, dispatch, and shipment details in the system Maintain accurate inventory records, stock inward/outward entries Update courier details, AWB numbers, and delivery status Record returns, cancellations, and replacement data Verify data accuracy against physical stock and dispatch documents Generate daily reports related to orders, inventory, and dispatch Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and customer support teams Ensure data confidentiality and follow company SOPs Support audit and reconciliation activities as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in data entry within an eCommerce or warehouse environment Good working knowledge of Advance Excel and basic computer applications Good typing speed with high accuracy Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Shadipur Depot, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Bachelor's (Preferred)
