Enter and manage sales orders, invoices, and stock records in the system.
Maintain accurate accounting data, including purchase and sales entries.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using
Excel
(Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
Verify, reconcile, and cross-check data for accuracy.
Assist in generating GST reports, tax invoices, and related documentation.
Coordinate with accounts and sales team for smooth order processing.
Maintain digital records and ensure data backups.
Requirements:
Graduate in
Commerce/Accounting
(B.Com preferred).
Strong
Excel proficiency
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formatting).
Knowledge of
Tally or basic accounting software
.
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Ability to manage data accurately and work under deadlines.
