Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Processing:
Accurately input large volumes of data from various source documents into our internal systems, databases, and digital platforms.
Spreadsheet Management:
Utilize
Google Sheets
and
Advanced Microsoft Excel
functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) to organize, clean, manipulate, and analyze data efficiently.
Data Verification:
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or deficiencies, correcting and escalating issues as needed to ensure data integrity and quality.
Documentation & Filing:
Maintain an organized system for digital and physical records, ensuring all documentation is easily retrievable.
Communication:
Read, understand, and draft basic correspondences in
English
related to data clarification and reporting.
Reporting:
Assist in generating basic reports and summaries from the compiled data as required by management.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
A minimum of
2 to 5 years
of relevant professional experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar data management role.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge
and demonstrated proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
.
Proven experience working with
Google Sheets
.
Language Skills:
Knowledge of
basic English
(reading, writing, and comprehension) is required.
