Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in the company database with high accuracy.
Verify and correct data to ensure consistency and completeness.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company records.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
Retrieve and review data from various sources for processing.
Generate reports and provide administrative support as needed.
Perform quality checks on entered data to identify and correct errors.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles.
